I hear a lot of talk about restoring Hog Island Inlet. It seems that only a "partial" restoration is being considered. Why is there not talk of a "complete" restoration (i.e. removing Hog Island completely) as Hog Island is not a natural feature .... it is a pile of dredge spoils?
